Service Description

Our basic Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) operation course is a hands-on, week-long training program designed for new users or those seeking a foundational understanding of SEM. The course covers essential theory and practical skills needed to operate an SEM confidently and effectively. This course includes: - Introduction to SEM principles and electron optics - System setup and start-up procedures - Sample preparation basics - Imaging techniques and parameter optimization - Contrast mechanisms and resolution fundamentals - Routine maintenance and troubleshooting tips - Hands-on instrument time with expert guidance By the end of the course, participants will be able to safely operate an SEM, capture quality images, and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
