Service Description

Our week-long Basic TEM Operation course is designed for beginners or those with limited experience in Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). This hands-on, intensive training will guide participants through the core principles and practices of TEM operation, from system setup to basic imaging. This course includes: - Introduction to TEM theory and its applications in materials science and biology - System setup and alignment procedures to ensure optimal performance - Basic sample preparation methods for TEM imaging - Imaging techniques for high-resolution data collection - Adjustment of imaging parameters to optimize contrast and resolution - Basic troubleshooting and system maintenance - Guided hands-on practice with TEM systems By the end of the week, participants will have the skills to operate a TEM system independently, capture the clear images, and perform routine system checks and adjustments.
